On this page let’s talk about leaders and leadership. Which strains do the real leaders have, how do the real leaders think and resolve various problems Leader is a person who leads other people.
A leadership starts with the ability to control yourself and first of all your thoughts and emotions. Your life is a reflection of your thoughts. I hope you know that your thoughts and emotion influence and fully control your life. Before you start lead, influence and control other people’s life you have to learn how to lead the person in the mirror. This person also needs a leader. It is the first and the most important stage in leadership. Here you gain the experience as a manager and as subordinate. If you are able to manage yourself so wisely and cleverly, that you can sustain all the time in the positive mood, then you’re able to manage and lead a great amount of people. The most difficult is to manage yourself. I want to stress upon the fact, that leader is not a manipulator, leader is a motivator. He is thinking about others people welfare and all his actions are based on this attitude. Of course, we don’t hide the fact that EACH PERSON first of all thinks only and exclusively about himself. If somebody tells the opposite, you may be sure he is telling untruth and probably he is doing this unconsciously and does not even realize this fact, because he really believes, that he takes care of others more than about himself.
Why the leader is able to take care of other people? Because he is able to take care about himself very good. And he has enough energy and power to give for the others people welfare. It is very similar to how you handle your money. When you earn quite enough to live the magic life, you are able to give your money for the charity and for the welfare of others. But, when you experience the lack of money even to support yourself and support your family needs, you can not think about others. Therefore leader is a person who controls his own life. He has plenty free energy to spare, it sparkles from him and due to this powerful and stable energy he is able to lead other people. In my understanding free energy means a creative energy, energy that is used for creation. Most people have energy to maintain their existing level; some people have lack of energy even to maintain the current level and that’s why their living comes down and becoming worse. And only some people have plenty of energy not only to support existing level, but also to create the better one. Free energy is similar to free money, that you are able to use after you have paid all the bills. By the way the amount of energy and money is in direct proportion.
Have you noticed that in most cases leaders are people with high level of energy? Leader doesn’t try to be a leader; he doesn’t trying to achieve this. Leaders that achieved their leadership are not real leaders. Leaders that achieved leadership are not confident about themselves the feel diffidence. They want to show their importance and therefore they try to subordinate and to control other people only and exclusively to raise their own self-appraisal and improve their self image.
They become leaders only to satisfy their own ego. Real leaders become leaders due to the choice of other people. They don’t aspire to leadership; other people just feel the strong personality who is able to take care of them, and they attract to leaders. People has lack of free energy to create big affairs and when they see the person who has plenty of positive energy, they try to come closer to him and take at least a small part of this energy. Leaders never spare to give the energy because the more they give, the more they receive and the stronger they become. They give their energy unconsciously. The good analogy can be a glass filled with water. If you continue to fill it with water it will overflow. The glass is a person and water is a free energy. The water in the glass is enough to satisfy your own ego. The rest water that pours out is redundant and is given to the Universal for the welfare of others.
Leaders know who they are, and it is difficult to shake their conviction regarding themselves. Remember that the first step to the leadership is a management the person in the mirror. If you cope with this step, other people will be unable to change anything including their self image.
Leaders possess strong self-reliance. This confidence is a core of their living position, attitude to life and relations with other people. This confidence allows them to accept themselves as they are. It seems that confidence creates some protective layer between world and them. And it allows them to move through the life even more confident and easy. Probably you know about principle 80/20 (law of Pareto). It means that 80% of people are negative and only 20% are positive, and it is necessary to have high self image, that allows you not to pay attention to the negative exclamations and reproaches regarding you that in most cases is not true. This strong confidence comes firstly from the confidence in the future. A person is able to control effectively his life only being calm. When you are worrying, negative emotions start poison your mind. As a result you make incorrect decisions. It is impossible to shake a person that is confident in his future. This peace in your mind allows your brain to think purely and make right decisions. Do you know the proverb “Dogs bark, but camelcade goes on”? It regards to leaders too: small people try to profane and offend them, but leaders know who they are and only laugh in response.
